If the "Batt String 3" and "Temp Control" readings are missing, verify that the dual temperature probe is connected into the main IOB board (IOBGP). If the temperature probe is connected, the issue may be associated with the connection from the main IOB board and the controller. However, most of the time if the connection between the main IOB board and the controller is the cause, there will be a missing hardware alarm as well. If there is no alarm, the issue may be a bad IOBGP board, or bad temperature probe.
