Where is my IOE enclosure controller getting its power from?

Answer
The controller for Telect's IOE enclosures is being powered by the Cat5 cable plugged into the RXP port on the rear of the controller.  The Cat5 cable goes from the RXP port on the controller to the J7 RJ port on the DCPDM board in the drawer.
