Telect's dual bay enclosure, like the IOE-32S-A202, uses a single fan control board for controlling the Direct Air Cooled (DAC) fans in the equipment bay side of the enclosure. If you have determined the issue associated with the fans not working is related to the control board (P/N 137576) and not the relay (P/N 136408), a replacement fan control board can be purchased. To replace the entire assembly, including the cover the part number is 306113.
