Answer

The 925-2533-0035-xxxRC is a High-Speed+ cable used for ADSL2+ applications.  It has a tighter twist rate (Cat5) and different pin-out on the connector than the 925-2533-0001-xxxRC which is a standard T1 cable.
 
The 925-2533-0035-xxxRC uses adjacent pin pairs, where the 925-2533-0001-xxxRC uses opposite pin pairs on the connector.
