Answer
The 027-2000-4065 is Telect's original 4" Express Off-Ramp that recommends the use of a mounting bracket for securing the Off-Ramp to the Wavetrax trough.  The 027-2000-4062 is Telect's next generation 4" Express Off-Ramp that utilizes Telect's ratcheting style bracket design for securing the Off-Ramp to the Wavetrax trough.  No additional hardware is required or needed with the 027-2000-4062.
