What is the difference between Telect's 425-1066-105 and 425-1066-205 terminal blocks?

Answer

The 425-1066-205 terminal block is a High-Speed Plus (HS+) block what has a different pin-out at the connector than the 425-1066-105 block which is just a High-Speed (HS) block.  The two terminal blocks are not interchangeable.

The 425-1066-105 block uses industry standard pin pairings like 1/26, 2/27, 3/28, etc.  The 425-1066-205 block uses pin pairs 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, etc. which are necessary to support the higher data rate by keeping the twisted pairs with less than 1/2" of un-twisted wiring.
