What does the AC current limit value do on my Telect IOE Controller?

Answer

The IOE controller allows you to set a AC current limit value for the rectifiers in the system.  The default value is "0" (zero), which means the rectifiers can operate at maximum designed levels.  Other values will put a limit on the AC current levels, for example a value of "2" would limit the output current of the rectifiers to 2 amps each or a total of 6 amps for a 3 rectifier system.

Telect recommends you leave the AC current limit value set to the default setting of "0".
