The Multiple Rectifier Failure alarm is caused when more than 1 rectifier is turned off, has failed, not seated properly into the shelf, or has been removed from the shelf.
When this alarm is activated the system may be running off of the batteries, if the remaining rectifiers cannot supply the necessary load requirement. Verify that all of the rectifier breakers are in the “On” position, and all the rectifiers are communicating with the controller and do not have a red led illuminated. Try to re-seat any rectifier that has a red led illuminated, or replace it with a known good rectifier.
