Mounting a terminal block vertically in a 2-post frame, requires a combined set of mounting brackets.  Telect offers a 19" (P/N 000-4009-119) and 23" (P/N 000-4009-123) mounting kits for terminal blocks which allow them to be mounted in a standard 2-post frame.  In addition, Telect offers angled mounting brackets (P/N 02165-01 for 19" wide, P/N 02165-02 for 23" wide) which allow you to mount equipment vertically between a frame's uprights.  When used in combination, they would allow for the vertical mounting of a standard Telect terminal block.
