Yes, the 027-2000-4060 can be used with Telect's 4" adjustable vertical mounting bracket (P/N 027-1000-4117) to secure Telect's 4" slotted ducting anywhere along the trough.  The combination of the 027-2000-4060 and 027-1000-4117 can also be used for Telect's 4" solid trough mounted vertically down a rack as well.
