Answer
The 055-8532-3020 wall mount fiber enclosure is an obsolete part number, and is no longer available.  The 055-8532-3020 was a 12 port patch panel with Multimode ST connectors.  The drawing for the 055-8532-3020 can be found below.  The equivalent part number would be Telect's LANLINXS panel 055-8632-5000, plus qty 2 of the 055-0000-3020 patch plates.
