To reload a DCTools configuration file to the default for the enclosure, first navigate to the Telect Support website, and find your personal configuration file from your serial number. Follow the instructions to download it. Once downloaded, open up DCTools on your computer. Open up the control panel for the chosen enclosure.

In the control panel, click on File in the upper left corner. From the click on ICE Backup/Restore. In the menu that pops up choose the Restore option and click next. On the next page click browse and navigate to where the configuration file was downloaded form the Telect Support Website. The file extension should be ".dcc". Once chosen, click next and allow the configuration file to reload.

Note: Any personal settings changed on last configuration will be erased, like changes to alarm threshold, offsets etc.
