If you have lost or forgot your username and password for our MIX 28/56 MUX you will need to call Telect Support for a temporary password. You will need to be in front of the unit and connected to the console, Telect Support needs a few items that are displayed on the home screen. Telect Support will be able to generate a temporary user name and password that will allow access for 24 hours and allow you to update the standard password.
