Answer

For making a front cross connect cross over cable, to go from RJ48 FXC to Wire Wrap or IDC FXC, use a solid 24AWG 2.5 pair "Y2" type DSX distributing frame wire (P/N 060115RC) and a readily available RJ45 plug.  Refer to your specific module schematic as required.

Install RJ45 style plug onto wire as required observing color coding:
RJ PIN 1 - BLU/WHT
RJ PIN 2 - WHT/BLU
RJ PIN 4 - ORG/WHT
RJ PIN 5 - WHT/ORG
RJ PIN 7 - GRN

Crimp RJ45 style plug to cable as required with suitable tool.

Make the cross connect cable connections as follows on the Wire Wrap pins or IDC connector:
Pin 1 (OUT) - Receive from network (ring) to pin 4 (IN) BLU/WHT
Pin 2 (OUT) - Receive from network (tip) to pin 5 (IN) WHT/BLU
Pin 4 (IN) - Transmit to network (ring) to pin 1 (OUT) ORG/WHT
Pin 5 (IN) - Transmit to network (tip) to pin 2 (OUT) WHT/ORG
Pin 7 - Tracer lamp to pin 7 (TRCR) GREEN

For RJ48 to RJ48 cable, terminate opposite end of cable with RJ45 style plug observing the above pin out.
