Telect offers DSX-3 media convertors that allow you to extend your DS3 signal up to 50km and your Ethernet signal up to 30km using fiber optic cables.  Available in 1RU, 3RU, and wall mount chassis supporting both Singlemode and Multimode fibers.  For more information, and a list of available products click here or view the datasheet below.
