Yes, the 090-0001-0033 TFD fuse holder kit includes the face plate, fuse holder, and screws to fit into the 350CB06 panel. The stand alone TFD fuse holder (P/N 129816), which is part of the 090-0001-0033, doesn't come with the necessary face plate required for proper installation in the 350CB06 panel.  In addition to the 090-0001-0033 kit, you will need a GMT fuse 18/100A (P/N 130781) and the GMT safety cover (P/N 116915) for each kit to complete the installation.
