Does the CRK23HRDWRKIT-WI rack kit work with overhead supported racks?

Unfortunately, the CRK23HRDWRKIT-WI rack kit is only for use with floor supported racks.  The kit will not work with racks that use overhead supports, like the 02002-03B.
