Telect's T1/DS1 demarcation panels (P/N 097-0128-xxx) with support for RJ connectors utilize the RJ48C wiring scheme, which is different than the RJ48S cable.  RJ48C wiring uses pins 1/2 and 4/5, whereas the RJ48S wiring uses pins 1/2 and 7/8 for the network connections.  This makes the two wiring schemes incompatible, and prevents Telect's demarcation panels from being able to support RJ48S cables.
