Telect offers an ACCE-MHTR-23BLK cable management trough which fits EIA 23" racks.  The ACCE-MHTR-23BLK is shorter than the AUX-2D0028-BLK, utilizing only 2RU of space versus 5" of rack height.  A drawing for the ACCE-MHTR-23BLK can be found below.
