Answer
The 027-1000-4020 was a 4" in-line drop for Telect's 4" CableLinks product line.  The following current WaveTrax parts can be used to replace the EOL'd 027-1000-4020 product.

Qty 2 @ 027-2000-4099, WaveTrax 4” coupler
Qty 2 @ 027-2000-4090, WaveTrax CableLinks to Trough adapter
Qty 1 @ 027-2000-4010, WaveTrax 4” T-Transition
Qty 1 @ 027-2000-4077, WaveTrax 4" Drop attachment
