Yes, Telect offers two different kits for flush mounting the LCX-M1RU and LCX-M4RU fiber panels.  The kits include a set of mounting ears that are offset to allow the LCX chassis to be flush mounted on an equipment rack.  In addition, the mounting kit for the LCX-M4RU chassis includes a new front door that is narrower than the original front door to allow cable entry into the front of the LCX-M4RU chassis.  The part numbers for the flush mounting kits are:
