Yes, Telect offers our K2 Post and Gate fiber spool which includes a "gate" on the front of the spool that can be flipped down if needed.  The K2 Post and Gate , P/N 027-0000-2000, can be attached directly to your rack or a duct extender.  The drawing can be found below.
