Unfortunately, Telect's HPGMT10 and 009-8005-0404 power panels do not support a Failsafe option for when a loss of power occurs.  Telect offers the following panels with a Failsafe/load sharing:

 

- 06004-11 

- 20HPGMTO5FR 

- 009-2005-0000
