Do I have to use a different lug when moving my loads from a 009-8004-0104 panel to a 009-8005-1404 panel?

The 009-8004-0104 panel uses a #8-32 stud for the outputs, where the 009-8005-1404 panel utilizes a #10-32 stud on the outputs and a #6-32 stud for the GMT loads.  So, yes the output wiring will require new lugs.  However, you can use the same lug for the GMT loads when switching panels.
