Why are all of my LED's blinking on my DS3 modules?

Answer
If the DS3 chassis does not have power connected, the DS3 modules will draw the LED power from the chassis on the other end of the circuit.  This remote power draw causes the LEDs to blink.  If you are experiencing this condition, it is recommended you verify the DS3 chassis has power connected and that the power source is turned on.
